Coil Winding

SMT utilizes state of the art winding equipment to produce a multitude of electromagnetic coils. Precision wound coils can be produced with magnet wire gauges between 18 AWG and 46 AWG.

Wire Processing

Fully automatic wire processing can also be utilized to provide a single unit or a complex wire harness. Insulated stranded wire from 10 AWG to 28 AWG can be processed to include termination on each end and can be customized to meet your exacting needs.

Injection Molding

With press tonnages ranging up to 330 Tons, SMT can meet most precision molding needs. Insert and overmolding components and assemblies can be provided using filled and non filled engineering grade resins as well as two component silicone materials.
